:Metalocalypse: Facial Study

WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH ME?! I dont even like death metal. Gah. Metalocalypse you have converted me. I downloaded and listened to the Dethklok Season 1 CD the whole time while drawing and coloring this. I have the songs stuck in my head now but I dont even care.


Im really sorry for another piece of half-assed looking art. You guys really dont deserve this from me... orz

I PROMISE my next piece will be a nice fully developed drawing. And it will also probably be a Dethklok fanart too.

I did this just to practice drawing them and trying to come up with a style that is a cross between my own style and that of the actual show. I wanted to be able to have them recognizable at a glance, keep their personalities, and pay homage to the original designs but still make it my own. It came out as a weird mix of anime and cartoon. But I sort of like it.

I love how Toki came out... but then again I just love Toki in general. Actually I love all of them. Except Murderface. He just annoys me and I made myself draw him because if I was going to draw the rest of the band I couldnt just leave him out. But my favs are Toki and Skwisgar. Looooove their accents and the way they talk more than you could ever know.
